What kind of leather do you use?
Our bags are made with Premium Vegetable Tanned English Bridle Leather, known for its strength, beautiful finish, and longevity. Over time the leather develops a rich patina that reflects how the bag is used and carried.
Will my bag look exactly like the photos?
Each bag is made from natural leather, so slight variations in grain, tone, or markings may occur. These are part of the beauty of full-grain veg tan leather and make every Copper Moon bag unique.
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Copper Moon bag. If for any reason you need to return or exchange it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Sale items are not eligable for return.
Once the bag is returned in new, unused condition, we will issue a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
Used bags are not eligible for refunds.
Can I shop in person?
Yes. Our studio is located in Albuquerque’s Barelas neighborhood, just south of downtown.
Visits are by appointment only.
How do I care for my leather bag?
Leather naturally ages and softens with use. To keep your bag looking its best, you may occasionally apply a neutral leather conditioner designed for veg tan leather. Avoid prolonged exposure to water and store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
