When will my oder ship?

 Reclaimed textile bags: In stock and ready to ship now. Typically ships within 2  business days of order.

Leather Bags: Every item is made to order in small batches. Our current lead time is 2-4 weeks from order to shipment. (Although we typically get the orders out the door within 2 weeks) 

International Orders:  Customer is responsible for any tariffs or additional fees associate with international purchases.

What is your return policy?

We know you are going to love your Copper Moon Bag! If for some reason you would like to return or exchange, first contact us you have 14 days from the time of delivery to ship it back, when it arrives back to us in new original condition, we can proceed with a refund less a 10% restocking fee. Used Bags are non refundable. 

Can I shop in person?

Our Studio is Located in Albuquerque's Barelas Neighborhood just south of Downtown. Our public shop hours are by appointment only.
